Non Member Exibitors

ADMISSION FOR EXIBITORS WHO ARE NON- MEMBERS

People wishing to exhibit at Steam-Era are welcomed to participate and come to the Steam-Era show.

PLEASE NOTE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
You do require "Proof" of Liability Insurance in the amount of a MINIMUM one million dollars when you enter at the Thomas Street "GATE OFFICE." with your exhibit. A photo copy of policy naming equipment covered or letter from Broker is required. You must register there as a weekend member upon arrival at that time.(there is no charge for this registration.

Each exhibitor will be issued one complementary weekend pass upon registration there.

Additional weekend or one day passes may be purchased as required at "Thomas Street" GATE OFFICE only.

ADDITIONAL PASSES
Weekend passes(may be purchased until Saturday night)@ $15.00 per person
Child weekend pass (purchased with adults).................... $ 1.00 per child

Camping sites for non-members who are exhibiting are available. Site cost is $40.00 which includes hydro if available. Sites are available on a first come first serve basis and must be prebooked and paid by July 15th.

The Ontario Steam & Antique Preservers Association would encourage anyone wishing to exhibit and or camp at Steam-Era to join the club in advance of show. There will be definite cost savings to you in future years if you return and stay with us at Steam-Era.

All registered non-member exibitors with passes are entitled to

  • full access to all show facilities,
  • access to all buildings with public displays.
  • all activities.
  • Daily parades of equipment.
  • Friday,saturday & Sunday grandstand entertainment shows.
