Members: You will receive a registration form which must be returned with payment by July 15th. Sites not reserved & prepaid prior to the 15th may not be available at a later date.
You have the option of a renewal of your site by reserving it at the show or any time up to July 15th. which is the reservation deadline for guaranteeing the site location of your preference.
Non Members: There is a limited amount of un-serviced camping at Steam-Era available to non-members on a first reserved or, if available on a first come basis. Hydro is not guaranteed and may not be available at all sites. Non-Member exhibitors and visitors wishing to camp should reserve and prepay for a site by contacting Wayne & Judi Fischer at 519-740-7185 or, during week of the show, at 905-878-3114

SITE FEES for 2012
Members
The camping site fee is $30.00. A registration form must be received no later than July 15th. If you have had a preferred site in past years and wish to remain in that site then it is imperative that payment be received and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Confirmation letters will be mailed in August.
Non Members (who are exhibiting)
The camping site fee is $40.00 for the weekend and includes hydro, if available. Those planning to attend and camp need to apply and forward camping registration and payment. Contact the Fischer's at the address below.
General Public
The camping site fee is $50.00 for the weekend, and includes hydro, if available.
Show admission passes must be purchased for each person on arrival.
