Exhibitor  Information for Non Members

Whether you are a member or a non member you are always welcome to exhibit at Steam-Era.

 

The Ontario Steam & Antique Preservers Association encourages anyone wishing to exhibit  at Steam-Era to join the club in advance of the show. There will be definite cost savings for you in future years if you return and stay with us at Steam-Era.

 

• PLEASE NOTE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS - You require "Proof" of Liability Insurance in the amount of a MINIMUM one million dollars when you enter at the Thomas Street gate with your exhibit. A photo copy of your policy naming the equipment covered,  or a letter from your insurance carrier certifying the coverage, is required.


• As a non member,  you must  register, at no cost to you,  as a weekend member upon arrival.


• Each exhibitor will be issued one complementary weekend pass upon registration.

                     Exhibitors with passes are entitled to full access to:

• Additional weekend or one day passes may be purchased as required at the Thomas Street Gate.

ADDITIONAL PASSES

Weekend passes may be purchased until Saturday night at $17.00 per person
Children's weekend passes, purchased with adults.................... $ 2.00 per child

 

CAMPING FOR EXHIBITORS

Camping sites are available for non-members who are exhibiting.

Site cost is $40.00 which includes hydro if available. Sites can be reserved  on a first come first served basis and must be booked and prepaid by July 15th.
