What does the name STEAM ERA mean?
Steam Era refers to the time (early 1900’s to 1950’s) when steam engines were used to make life easier. Before Steam Engines heavy work was done by hand or with horses. People have fond memories from the Steam Era because it was such a positive change to the quality of life. This show celebrates this era by teaching and keeping that feeling alive! Over the years the theme has been broadened to include more than just steam, we welcome the best antique and vintage equipment from over the past 100+ years!
