About Steam-Era Membership

"ONTARIO STEAM & ANTIQUE PRESERVERS ASSOCIATION”

Objectives: To advance knowledge and appreciation of and to stimulate interest in antiques. To promote the preservation, restoration and renovation of articles, vehicles,  machinery and power equipment of antiquity.

Steam-Era : is the annual show held by OSAPA each year and our members exhibit and demonstrate their equipment, models, cars and other displays.

Boiler Bulletin is the official club newsletter and is sent regularly to all paid members.
Membership meetings are held monthly and all members and their guests are welcome.

Annual Show: All members are entitled to free admission to  STEAM-ERA along with full access to all exhibits and displays.

Camping at Steam-Era: Sites are available at a  charge of $30.00 for 2012 for all paid members of OSAAPA.

Family Membership: Discounted spousal and children's membership fees are available .

Exhibiting at Steam-Era: All members are welcome to exhibit and are encouraged to bring their equipment, models, crafts, cars or displays to the annual show. Operating displays must have proof of liability insurance in place prior to the show.

Safety Rules for all club functions will be posted and must be adhered to by all exhibitors and members alike.

Dues or membership renewal fees are payable each January at rate to be determined by the board of directors. Dues unpaid by January 31 will constitute a discontinuance of privileges until paid.

New Memberships taken at the time of the STEAM-ERA show, or any time following the show up to year-end will commence  immediately and carry forward through the next calendar year. As  a new member you are welcome to participate and come to all club meetings and activities.

New members will not have voting privileges for their first year of membership.
