ONTARIO HERITAGE BOILER ASSOCIATION

25hp George White traction engine

WHAT IS THE OHBA

The Ontario Heritage Boiler Association is a group of concerned and highly dedicated owners, operators and people who have a dedicated interest in the preservation of all historical steam powered equipment. Our members belong to many of the Historical Associations and Steam Clubs across Ontario and participate at various shows and events with their steam engines. We are extremely concerned with the continued safe operation and the on going restoration of these machines of historical significance.
Be it a Traction Engine, Road Roller, Steam shovel, Stationary Display or Locomotive, our concern is around boiler safety and operation. Whether you own one, assist as operator or fireman, wish to become certified to legally operate one in Ontario or just learn more about them the membership of the “Ontario Heritage Boiler Association” was founded to help insure that these machines will continue to operate in Ontario and represent or members interests.
