Puslinch Country Squires
Dust off your dancing shoes and join old time Country Fiddle Band the Puslinch Country Squires on Saturday evening for a lively Square Dance. Veterans and novices alike are welcome with the evening starting out with a fun ‘Learn to Square Dance” session. The will also share their music in afternoon showcases, joined on Sunday by the 4H Square Dancers.
Puslinch Fiddle Orchestra featuring over 40 fiddlers playing old time fiddle music and Blue Grass. A unique and unusual performance. Sunday afternoon at the Gambrel Barn
Come out on Friday night to enjoy an evening of Line Dancing, featuring Johnny Rivex
Niagara String Band
The Niagara String Band will keep your toes a tappin’ Sunday and Monday with a range of musical styles from reels, jigs and waltzes to ragtime. This acoustic duo utilizes a variety of instruments including guitar, banjo, and fiddle and we are thrilled to welcome them once again.
Joe Tucker singer, songwriter and recording artist. Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland and now residing in Mississauga, Ontario.
He was introduced to music at an early age, he sang Gospel Music in Church and listened to Country tunes on the radio at home. Later on in life he starting playing the Guitar after being given one as a gift. After teaching himself to play the guitar, he learned to play the Harmonica and the Accordion.
This self taught musician left his home in Newfoundland and came to Mississauga to seek a better future for his young family. Joe became a successful business man with his own trucking business. After work Joe was always looking for the opportunity to sing and play. Winning singing contests and tirelessly playing in Town Halls, Long Term Care Facilities and at Jamborees. He played to anyone who would listen!
